Start the day the right way...

How many times have you been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? It’s right up there with “carrots make you see in the dark” and “getting wet will give you a cold”. This is a hot topic for debate and you will find contradictory information online such as intermittent fasting. I believe in order to perform at your best you need to start by providing it with the best fuel. However, there’s a great deal of emphasis on breakfast and it isn't the only meal you should be getting right.

With the hustle and bustle of a working week a healthy breakfast may seem like an impossible task. We have all been there right … skipped a morning meal or grabbed an over processed muffin instead, and as a result left you feeling tired and hungry and reaching for sugary snacks. Whereas a high protein breakfast will help to reduce food cravings and consumption later in the day. A burrito is a healthy option… you can make several in advance and then stash in the freezer. It’s a whole wheat tortilla, filled with scrambled eggs, bell peppers, reduced fat mild cheddar cheese and sliced ham.
