It has been well documented that more children are overweight or obese now than ever before and this needs to be addressed. It is very important for children to be active (60 minutes a day) but the sad truth is so many of them are not. The vast majority spend too much time watching tv and playing video games instead of getting involved in sports. I have always been into fitness and wellbeing and I have been lucky enough to play many sports and it is now my career. I am passionate about teaching these positive attitudes from an early age as it leads to a healthy balanced lifestyle later in life. I am looking to help schools deliver fun extra-curricular activities to develop their balance, agility, coordination and stamina.
